Upload Public Documents
Upload key public documents to your eCode for greater access and transparency

Local governments have a lot of information to share. Finding a way to provide effective access to it can be challenging. PubDocs is an easy way to publish and search important, non-Code documents online. PubDocs delivers quick, convenient public access that enhances your municipality’s transparency with the greatest efficiency. PubDocs is self managed, too, which means you don’t need to ask or wait for your IT people to upload documents for you.

Adding a Public Document
  1. Login to eCode using your Admin password. Don’t have a password yet? Get yours here.
  2. Click on one of these document types:
    • Agendas
    • Budgets
    • Comprehensive Plans
    • Legislation
    • Minutes
    • Misc. Documents
    • Resolutions
  3. Click the “Add Document” button in the upper right corner
  4. Click “Choose File”, browse to the file you would like to upload and select “Open”
  5. To change the title, enter a title for the document in the “Title” field.
  6. Select a Date and Category or Add a New Category (optional)
  7. Click “Add”
